Target audience seeking family-friendly options

The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond, really making everyone feel special, especially my family with some age limitations. The food at the restaurant was really delicious, we all enjoyed the meals together as a family, it felt like a proper treat. We also loved being connected to the mall, it gave us options for shopping and entertainment without going far.

It wasn't cheap, to say the least.

the hotel's prime location made it easy to stroll over to the beautiful jardin botanico de cali, just about 1 km away and also enjoy a lovely meal at pampa malbec only a few steps away, making it a fantastic base for my weekend adventures.

The staff were really friendly and helped me when I needed it the most. I had a suite with a separate living area which was a pleasant surprise and the convenience of being close to two malls made late-night snacks easy.

The rates were a bit high but still reasonable for the amenities provided.

I truly enjoyed the incredible spacious suite with a lovely balcony and breathtaking views. The staff's warmth and the hotel's prime location near shopping areas made our visit unforgettable.

Although the hot food options for vegetarian diets at breakfast were limited, the buffet offered a variety of fresh and healthy dishes. However, there were issues with noise from staff cleaning late at night, which disrupted sleep quality. Additionally, a lack of response to the disturbances left a negative impression on service. Overall, the combination of amenities and supportive staff doesn't fully compensate for the experience disruption.

Just a solid selection for a short-term stay in Cali with good value considering the price it charged. The warm water in the shower was consistent, which I appreciated after a long day. If you can, make sure to check out the local dining options outside the hotel for a better culinary experience.

The facility is modern , well maintained with a DAILY maintenance crew 👷‍♂️. Staff was super friendly, providing quick responses. Very close to the mall which made shopping easy and added convenience to our stay.
